You agree not to use the service to post any content that is false, misleading, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

You retain ownership of content you save. You grant us only the rights needed to store, process, and display that content back to you and to users with whom you explicitly share it.
4. Disclaimers
AI and map results may be incomplete or incorrect. Review titles, locations, dates, and reminders before saving or acting on them.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI Map Assistant shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of the service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Croatia.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
